Collective Home(sickness) is a photographic interpretation of homesickness and home, where in three chapters, I share a visual journal of my experience of living abroad.
To achieve a richer exploration of these concepts, I collected eighteen participants’ images that they associate with home and homesickness, respectively, and asked them what they mean. Together, the participatory part and my reflective practice, offer a diverse and evocative representation of homesickness and home, inviting readers to reflect on their thoughts and emotions toward these concepts.
